Overview :
Volvo is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager at their Bangalore location. The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager supports the Finance function in both analysis and control of key financial and planning areas of the business, including forecasting, business plan, profitability analysis, funding, liquidity and interest rate matching as well as expense control within VFS India.
Eligibility criteria :
Qualification /Experience –
- University degree in Accounting / Finance / Mathematics or equivalent
- Professional accounting qualification – CA preferable
- More than 5 years related work experience
- Good knowledge and experience in financial services
- Good knowledge / understanding of financial services products and services
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and manage monthly reporting package for VFS India.
- Prepare short/ long term forecasts and business plan with variance analysis
- Responsible for day-to-day pricing approval and deal profitability tracking.
- Proficient PC skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), business intelligence software (Power BI) and programming skills (VBA).
- Knowledge of local and international GAAP and financial management.
- Good knowledge and experience with IT supported financial systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
