Responsibilities
- Ability to participate & deliver across all facets of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Effectively able to apply structured problem solving skills & available tools to quickly evaluate problems, identify root cause, action plans, impacts & resolution options.
- Experience with related SAP modules – SAP SD, MM, WM, PTP.
- Working knowledge of understanding & analyzing SAP ABAP programming.
- Comfortable in taking the requirement from business , writing functional design documents & delivering the solution within stipulated time.
- Good analytical, logical problem solving skills with the ability to understand new tasks quickly.
- Should be able to support end users for queries, analyse issues & coordinate with Incident resolution team to resolve issues.
