SJVN Limited, Commensurate to its ambitious growth plans & swift growth trajectory, SJVN intends to engage manpower on Fixed Tenure basis in the discipline of Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering & Information Technology through GATE and invites applications from promising & committed individuals. The engagement shall be purely temporary & on contract basis for an initial period of 3 years. The contract period may further be extended on yearly basis for 2 more years depending upon the work requirement & performance of the individual. The engagement will not entitle him/her to claim for any regular employment in SJVN or any relaxation in case of any requirement for any post in SJVN.

Remuneration is inclusive of EPF applicable under statute.
Qualification
- Civil :- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute of India.
- Mechanical :- Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute of India.
- Electrical :- Degree in Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute of India.
- Information Technology :- B.E./ B.Tech in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology from a recognized University/ Institute of India.
Eligibility Criteria
Valid Score in the GATE 2019/ 2020/ 2021.
Candidate should have appeared in the corresponding paper GATE 2019/ 2020/ 2021 as shown in the following table & Qualified the same with at least 50% marks (out of 100) in GATE Exam which shall be 40% marks (out of 100) for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.

Selection Process
The Selection Process consists of marks obtained (Out of 100) in the corresponding paper of GATE 2019/2020/2012 (score with which applied), Group Discussion & Personal Interview.
Candidates shortlisted for the Group Discussion & Interview shall be required to bring the documents as mentioned in their interview call letter.
Weightage of Different Parameters
For calculation of final score of a candidate, the weightages of marks obtained in GATE, Group Discussion and Interview shall be as indicated below :

How to apply
Candidates will be required to retain their GATE Admit card & GATE Score Card for verification at the time of Group Discussion/ Interview/ Joining in SJVN.
