- Field Supervisor (Electrical) :- Diploma in Electrical/ Electrical (Power)/ Power Systems Engineering/ Power Engineering (Electrical).
- Field Supervisor (Civil) :- Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Selection Process
Written Test / Interview
Written test shall be conducted in Sikkim only. Candidates qualifying in the Written Test shall be empaneled in the order of merit of marks obtained in written test.
