Age Limit
- General :- Minimum –18 Years and Maximum- 30 Years
- SC / ST :- Minimum- 18 Years and Maximum –35 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) :- Minimum –18 Years and Maximum –33 Years
Minimum age limit is 18 years for all categories and age relaxation to Persons with Benchmark Disabilities / Ex-Servicemen shall be as per Government of India directives.

Qualification
- AEL12021 :- Trade Certificate in Electrician Trade from a Government Recognized Institute. Must have passed Class 10 from a Government Recognized Board. OR Must possess valid Electrical Workman’s Permit.
- AFI12021 :- Trade Certificate in Fitter Trade from a Government Recognized Institute. Must have passed Class 10.
- AMA12021 :- Trade Certificate in Mechanic Motor Vehicle Trade from a Government Recognized Institute. Must have passed Class 10.
- AMC12021 :- Trade Certificate in Machinist Trade from a Government Recognized Institute. Must have passed Class 10.
- AMD12021 :- Trade Certificate in Mechanic Diesel Trade from a Government Recognized Institute. Must have passed Class 10.
- AME12021 :- Trade Certificate in Electronics Mechanic Trade from a Government Recognized Institute. Must have passed Class 10.
- AOB12021 :- Trade Certificate in the relevant course of 2 years duration from a Government Recognized Institute. Must have passed Class 10.
- AOT12021 :- Trade Certificate in Turner Trade from a Government Recognized Institute. Must have passed Class 10.
- ATC12021 :- Trade Certificate in Draughtsman Civil Trade from a Government Recognized Institute. Must have passed Class 10.

Selection Process
Computer Based Test
Candidates will be called for Computer Based Test (CBT) only on the basis of their declaration in the completed online application form.
- Computer Based Test (CBT) will consist of 3 (three) sections.
- Total duration of the Computer Based Test (CBT) will be 02 (two) hours.
- Computer Based Test (CBT) will be bilingual i.e. English & Assamese.
- Computer Based Test (CBT) will comprise of questions in the multiple-choice questions (MCQ) format.
- There will be no negative marking in the Computer Based Test (CBT).
