NRL invites online applications from interested / eligible candidates in the following positions, details of which are as below :

Age Limit

1. Graduate Engineer Trainee :- 30 years
2. Assistant Officer :- 32 years
3. Assistant Accounts Officer :- 32 years

Pay Scale (Per month)

1. Graduate Engineer Trainee :- 50,000 – 1,60,000/-
2. Assistant Officer / account officer :- 40,000 – 1,40,000/-

Qualification

1. GET- Civil :- 1st class degree in the discipline of Civil Engineering (4 years full time) from a recognized University/ Institute, approved by AICTE/ UGC having Min. 65% marks in aggregate.
2. GET- Mechanical :- 1st class degree in the discipline of Mechanical Engineering (4 years full time) from a recognized University/ Institute, approved by AICTE/ UGC having Min. 65% marks in aggregate.
3. GET- Instrumentation :- 1st class degree in the discipline of Instrumentation Engineering/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Instrumentation & Electronics Engineering (4 years full time) from a recognized University/ Institute, approved by AICTE/ UGC having Min. 65% marks in aggregate.
4. GET- Electrical :- 1st class degree in the discipline of Electrical Engineering (4 years full time) from a recognized University/ Institute, approved by AICTE/ UGC having Min. 65% marks in aggregate.
5. GET- Chemical :- 1st class degree in the discipline of Chemical Engineering (4 years full time) from a recognized University/ Institute, approved by AICTE/ UGC having Min. 65% marks in aggregate.
6. GET- Computer Science :- 1st class degree in the discipline of Computer Science Engineering (4 years full time) from a recognized University/ Institute, approved by AICTE/ UGC having Min. 65% marks in aggregate.
7. GET- Metallurgy :- 1st class degree in the discipline of Metallurgy/ Metallurgical & Materials Engineering (4 years full time) from a recognized University/ Institute, approved by AICTE/ UGC having Min. 65% marks in aggregate.

Selection Process

• The selection process shall consist of Computer Based Test and Personal Interview or Group Task of the shortlisted candidates.

• All the Candidates Claiming to fulfill all the eligibility Criteria will be called for Computer Based test without verifying their eligibility.
• Computer based test will be of objective type questions with no negative marking and will comprise of 4 sections :

1. Section A : Technical/ Professional Knowledge comprising of questions related to Qualifying degree required for the applied position.
2. Section B : General Knowledge / Current Affairs
3. Section C : English language
4. Section D : Reasoning & Numerical Ability

Candidates qualifying in the Computer Based test in order of merit will be called for Group Task or Personal Interview.

The offer of appointment shall be issued to the suitable qualifying candidates in order of merit and based on the number of vacancies.

• Scoring model

1. Computer Based Test – 85% Weightage
2. Group Task – 5% Weightage
3. Personal Interview – 10% Weightage
4. Final Score – Combined scores of computer based test + Group task + Personal Interview.

Application Fee

1. General/ OBC/ EWS :- Rs.500/-
2. SC/ ST/ PWD :- NIL

How to apply

Candidates have to register prior to filling the online application form with their valid email ID and mobile no. The email id & mobile number provided in online application should remain valid for at least one year as they will be used for further communication regarding the recruitment process. Online application will be accepted from 24-7-2021 to 13-8-2021 through NRL website www.nrl.co.in.
