Age Limit
Not more than 61 years.
The initial tenure of engagement on Contract shall be 2 years, which can be extended/ curtailed further with the approval of the Competent Authority up to the maximum age limit of 65 years.
Educational Qualifications
- General manager (T/P) :- Degree in civil / mechanical / Electrical engineering.
- Deputy General Manager (T/P) :- Degree in civil / mechanical / Electrical engineering
- Deputy General Manager (Fin) :- Degree / CA / Cost & Works Accountant /Business Management with Finance/ Accounts Service of the central government.
- Manager (T/P) :– Degree in Civil / mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
- Manager (Fin) :- Degree / CA / Cost & Work Accountant/ SAS exam & Account Service or equivalent examinations for civil accounts, Defence account service etc.
- Manager (Legal) :- Degree in Law from a recognized University.
- Assistant Manager (HR) :- Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
- Junior Manager (HR) :- Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
- Junior Manager (Legal) :-Law Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
- Junior Manager (Rajbhasha) :- Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
