1. General Manager (Land Acquisition & Estate Management) :- Degree of a recognized University/ Institute. And 14 years experience.
2. General Manager (Technical) :- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute. And14 years experience.
3. Deputy General Manager (Technical) :- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute. And 6 years experience.

Age Limit :

1. General Manager (Land Acquisition & Estate Management) :- Not exceeding 56 years
2. General Manager (Technical) :- Not exceeding 56 years.
3. Deputy General Manager (Technical) :- Not exceeding 56 years.

Pay Scale (Per month) :

1. General Manager (Land Acquisition & Estate Management) :- PB-4, (Rs.37,400-67,000) with Grade Pay Rs.8700/-
2. General Manager (Technical) :- PB-4, (Rs.37,400-67,000) with Grade Pay Rs.8700/-
3. Deputy General Manager (Technical) :- PB-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.7600/-
