Recruitment Eligibility criteria

Qualification

Senior Manager – A minimum of 55 percent in an MBA, Integrated MBA, postgraduate degree, or diploma in HRM, personnel management, or industrial relations with a minimum of two years of study from a recognized university or institute. A law degree (LLB) is desirable.

Experience Required: A minimum of 11 years of in-line executive experience following graduation from any government, public sector, autonomous body, MNC, or private organisation.

Manager – A minimum of 60% in an engineering degree in chemical engineering or chemical technology from a recognised institution, or an AMIE in chemical engineering.

Experience Required: Minimum 09 years of post-degree in-line experience in the petrochemical, continuous process chemical, and ammonia-urea fertiliser industries.

Engineer – Minimum 55% marks in Engineering Degree (B.Tech./ B.E./B.Sc. Engg.) in Mechanical Engineering from recognized Institute OR AMIE in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience Required: Minimum 01 year’s post qualification inline experience in erection / maintenance of Ammonia-Urea Fertilizer complex / Continuous process chemical / Metro Chemical industry.

Senior Chemist – Minimum 60% marks in M.Sc. (Chemistry)

Experience Required: Experience in a control laboratory related to the fertilisers, continuous process chemicals, petrochemicals, or heavy chemical industries for at least one year following inline work is required

Accounts Officer –  The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a chartered accountant. Alternative titles include Cost & Management Accountant from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Or two years of full-time, normal MBA or PGDM school with a major in finance or financial management and a minimum 55 percent grade point average

Experience Required: As of the cutoff date, line executive experience should have a minimum of one year following qualifying

Transportation Officer – Minimum 60% marks in Bachelor Degree in Engineering in any specialization or Minimum 60% marks in Two year regular MBA / Post Graduate Diploma (recognized by UGC/ AICTE) with specialization in Materials Management / Supply Chain Management / Operations Management.

Experience Required: As of the cutoff date, line executive experience should have a minimum of one year following qualifying.
