Pay Scale
- General manager :- 1,20,000 – 2,80,000/-
- Deputy General manager :- 80,000 – 2,20,000/-
Qualification
General Manager / Deputy General Manager :- Candidate must be a regular full-time Graduate from a recognized university and Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or MBA (full Time) with specialization in finance from a reputed University/ Institute.
Experience
- General manager :- Member of Group “A” Service of Govt of India in JAG with 5 years experience or in SG/ SAG Grade working in Level 13 / 13 A of 7th CPC pay matrix. OR Executives working in CPSE/ PSU/ Autonomous Bodies with 5 years experience in the E6 or equivalent grade.
- Deputy General manager :- Executives with total min 9 years post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts in any Govt. Organization (Central/State) in the Pay matrix Level- 11 & 12 of 7th CPC under CDA pay scale, with 4 years executive working experience in next below grade.
