Qualification :
- Management Trainee –
BE / B.Tech in Metallurgy / Material Science / Mechanical / Production / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical & Instrumentation / Ceramic / Chemical / Civil / Industrial Safety. OR Degree Preferably in Engineering / Physical Science and 2 years postgraduate degree in MA / MSW / MBA or equivalent.
- Assistant Manager –
BE/B.Tech and MBA Preferably in Materials Management / PG Diploma in Materials Management and relevant experience OR Graduation and Diploma in Public Relations / Journalism / Mass Communication and relevant experience OR MBBS with registration in any State or Indian National Medical Council and relevant experience OR BE/B.Tech IN Computer Science / Electronics and Communications and relevant experience.
- Manager –

Pay Scale (Per annum) :
- Management Trainee :- Rs.9.0 To Rs.31.60 Lakh.
- Assistant Manager :- Rs.9.0 To Rs.31.60 Lakh.
- Manager :- Rs.13.50 to Rs.40.70 Lakh.
Selection Process :
Selection process for MT’s will be written test and interviews. For all the remaining posts will be preferably through interview. However, if the numbers of applicants are more, written test may also be conducted.
