From amongst the regular Dispatch Riders (Group -C) & MTS (Group-C) in the Pay scale level-1 Rs. 18,000-56,900/- as per the Revised 7th Pay Commission (PB-1 5200-20200+Grade Pay 1800 under 6th CPC) and in the Department of Posts who in possession of valid Driving License for driving light and Heavy Motor Vehicles and on the basis of Driving test to assess the competence to drive light and Heavy Motor Vehicles.
