Eligibility Criteria
- Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Integrated Post Graduate with at least 50% marks in aggregate OR Master Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate, in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics. B.Ed / equivalent degree from a recognized University. Proficiency to teach in English medium.
- Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Four years integrated degree course with at least 50% marks in aggregate or Four years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in Hindi, with at least 50% marks in aggregate. B.Ed/ equivalent degree from a recognized University. CTET qualified. Proficiency to teach in English medium.
- Primary Teacher (PRT) – Senior Secondary/equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education / equivalent OR Senior Secondary / equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) OR Senior Secondary / equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) OR Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). CTET Qualified. Proficiency to teach in English medium.
Age Limit
- Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – 18 to 40 years
- Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – 18 to 35 years
- Primary Teacher (PRT) – 18 to 30 years
Selection Process
The selection will be done on the basis of a Written Test and Skill Test
Application Fee
There is a non-refundable Application Fee of Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) for each application. However, initially all candidates have to uniformly pay Rs.750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) per application as Processing fee. The Processing fee will be refunded to candidates who appear in the written test, as under :-
- Rs.750/- : i.e refund in full for candidates who are exempted from payment of Application Fee (Women/SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-Servicemen).
- Rs.500/- : i.e after deducting the Application Fee in respect of all other candidates.
