- Back Office Staff: Any Graduation. B.Com Graduate preferred.
- Systems & Networking Engineer: Graduation in Engineering (4 years)/ B.Tech Degree / Post Graduate Degree.
- Research Analyst: MBA in Finance or any other equivalent Post Graduation And NISM – Research Analyst Certification.
- Vice President- Retail Loan Counselor: Any Graduation
- Branch Head – Retail Loan Counselor: Any Graduation
- Field Staff– Retail Loan Counselor: 12th pass or equivalent and above.

Selection Process
