Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) requires Trainee (Legal) & Apprentice (Plastic Processing Operator) posts. IFFCO Eligibility criteria :

Qualification –

Trainee (Legal) –

Degree in Law or Full Time Five years Integrated LLB Course from any reputed university recognized by UGC with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.

Apprentice (Plastic Processing Operator) –

1. General & OBC Category- Minimum 60% marks in aggregate in ITI (Plastic Processing Operator)
2. SC/ST Category- Minimum 55% marks in aggregate in ITI (Plastic Processing Operator)

Age Limit –

Trainee (Legal) – 30 years as on 1st March 2022.

Apprentice (Plastic Processing Operator) –

1. Minimum age should be 18 years as on 01st March, 2022.
2. Maximum age 27 years as on 01st March, 2022 for General Category.

(age relaxable by 5 years for SCs/STs & by 3 years for OBC category not belonging to creamy layer in the maximum age criteria)

Pay Scale –

Trainee (Legal) –

training period will be for one year and during training, monthly consolidated stipend of Rs.36,000/-
will be paid along with other benefits as per the rules of IFFCO and thereafter, if found suitable, will be
absorbed as Assistant (Legal) in the pay scale of Rs.40000-75000. The CTC after absorption may be
Rs.9 lakhs per annum (approx.).

Apprentice (Plastic Processing Operator) –

One year apprenticeship training on a monthly consolidated stipend of Rs.7, 700/-along with other allowances as per the rules of IFFCO.

Post Apprenticeship, successful candidates may be engaged as IFFCO Trainee for two years on a monthly stipend of Rs. 28400/- in the first year & Rs. 29,300/- in the second year along with other benefits as per the rules of IFFCO. Candidates if found suitable after the aforesaid training period, will be absorbed as Jr. Operator (Bottle Manufacturing) in a suitable pay scale.
