HAL Recruitment Eligibility criteria

Educational Qualification :

• Candidates must hold full-time service trades certificates in the Army, Air Force, or Navy, such as the MA, M.Sc., or M.Com, i.e., 2 years after 10+2+3).
• Candidates must also hold an appropriate professional certificate proving their proficiency in PC operations or typing of minimum 3 months duration.
• Candidates holding a qualifying degree from regular, full-time coursework are to be taken into consideration.
• Candidates should hold a minimum of cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 50% across all semesters and years of study.

Age Limit :

Upper age limit as on 20-06-2022 is 33 years ( i.e. 28 years + 5 years relaxation for SC/ST)

Tenure of Engagement :

• Selected applicants will be engaged on contract basis for a duration of one year with effect from the date of joining duty.
• The tenure in the contract is subject to extension by an year, solely depending on the performance and requirement of the organization.

Pay scale :

Rs. 11,050/- per month
