Qualifications
- Maternity & Child Welfare Officer :- Degree or Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institutions.
- Medical Record Officer :- Bachelor Degree preferable with Science & Recognized University or equivalent. & 1 years course in medical record.
- Medical Record Officer :- B. Sc. (Medical Records) / 10+2 (Science)/ Diploma/ Medical Record.
Experience
- Maternity & Child Welfare Officer :- 1 – 2 years.
- Medical Record Officer :- 5 years.
- Medical Record Officer :- 2 years
