Age Limit
- Assistant Manager :- Minimum – 30 years and maximum – 65 years

Pay Scale
Remuneration shall be commensurate with experience and other perquisites as per ASCDCL policy.
Qualification
- Assistant Manager :- Graduate from any recognized university.
- Associate Project Manager :- Graduate from any recognized university in the field of Engineering/Urban Planning/CS and related fields.
- Accountant :- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Administrative Assistant :- Graduate in any field.
